Where they started.
Rales JFS supports anyone in South Palm Beach County who needs help — counseling and psychiatry, food and financial assistance, senior and caregiver support, Holocaust survivor services, and domestic-abuse and disability programs. That breadth is a strength, but it made for a sprawling website where people in need struggled to find the right program fast.
What we did.
- 01Mapped the agency's many programs into a clear information architecture built around four core service lines — Behavioral Health, Family & Children, Food & Financial Assistance, and Senior Services.
- 02Built a custom WordPress site that helps people in difficult moments find the right help quickly, makes it easy to donate or volunteer, and stays straightforward for the team to maintain.
- 03Organized an Events & Media hub and a philanthropy section so the team can keep the community informed and supporters engaged.
