Where they started.
The Federation is a large organization with many departments — community impact, programs, events, fundraising, news, and resources — and its website had grown sprawling and dated. They needed a single, modern, accessible platform that served every team and made it easy for the community to find events, give, and stay connected.
What we did.
- 01Partnered directly with the Federation's IT, Marketing, and program teams, mapping every department's needs into one clear information architecture.
- 02Redesigned the site from the ground up — a modern, accessible, mobile-first experience across Who We Are, Impact, Get Involved, News, and Community Resources.
- 03Rebuilt the core functionality: an events calendar, online donation and 'Ways to Give' forms, and content tools so staff across departments can keep the site current.
- 04Ran a full redevelopment and migration in collaboration with all departments, with a smooth cutover to the new site.
