A ground-up website rebuild for the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County

We redeveloped and redesigned the Federation's entire website in close collaboration with their IT, Marketing, and program teams — unifying events, donations, news, and every department into one modern platform.

The challenge

Where they started.

The Federation is a large organization with many departments — community impact, programs, events, fundraising, news, and resources — and its website had grown sprawling and dated. They needed a single, modern, accessible platform that served every team and made it easy for the community to find events, give, and stay connected.

What we did.

  1. 01Partnered directly with the Federation's IT, Marketing, and program teams, mapping every department's needs into one clear information architecture.
  2. 02Redesigned the site from the ground up — a modern, accessible, mobile-first experience across Who We Are, Impact, Get Involved, News, and Community Resources.
  3. 03Rebuilt the core functionality: an events calendar, online donation and 'Ways to Give' forms, and content tools so staff across departments can keep the site current.
  4. 04Ran a full redevelopment and migration in collaboration with all departments, with a smooth cutover to the new site.
